The auction will take place on October 17, 2025, in electronic form on the platform of JSC "Sberbank-AST". The lot is premises with an area of 874.1 sq. m, located at: Prospekt Oktyabrsky/Spasskaya Street, 72/62, premises 1002. The property has a separate entrance from the street; the premises occupy the first floor and the basement.
The starting sale price is 62,808,738 rubles (including VAT — 10.4 million rubles). The last day to submit applications to participate in the auction is October 13, 2025.
Earlier, on July 24, 2025, we reported that it was decided to liquidate the municipal unitary enterprise "Sporttovary" due to inefficiency, along with a number of other enterprises. At that time deputies noted that most large municipal enterprises survive thanks to budgetary injections, suffer from staffing shortages and do not demonstrate a sustainable economic model.
