Special dog-walking zones will be created in the Pervomaisky, Novovyatsky and Leninsky districts of the city of Kirov. Each site will exceed 400 square meters, be equipped for dog training and be fenced, the Kirov city administration said. The work to create the sites is being carried out under the federal project "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life." The first facilities are expected to be put into operation in the coming months.
