In Kirov Oblast, energy debtors have accumulated over 290 million rubles.
The Kirov branch of Energosbyt Plus reported that over the eight months of 2025 it sent about 14,000 court orders to bailiffs to recover unpaid energy bills. The total amount of debt exceeded 290 million rubles.
As the company explained, it goes to court if payments have not been received for more than three months. Based on court decisions, recovery can be carried out not only through bailiffs but also through banks or the social fund.
Energosbyt Plus reminded that timely payments are necessary for carrying out repairs at energy facilities and for purchasing fuel. Residents of the region can check their arrears on the company’s website or in the FSSP database, and pay online or at offices.
