The budget deficit of Kirov Oblast for 2025 will reach 10.2 billion.
As stated in the explanatory note to the bill on amendments to the budget of Kirov Oblast, if deputies of the Legislative Assembly approve it, the region’s revenues for 2025 will be increased by 1.3 billion rubles — to 105.7 billion rubles (mainly due to a substantial rise in tax receipts). Expenditures for 2025 will be increased by 2.4 billion rubles (to 116 billion rubles).
As a result, the region’s budget deficit for 2025 will grow by 1.15 billion rubles and reach 10.28 billion rubles. Note that a surplus is forecast for 2026–2027 (1.8 and 0.9 billion rubles, respectively).
