The region will include in its revenues the proceeds from the sale of the representative office building in Moscow.

      In the explanatory note to the bill amending the Kirov Region's draft budget, it is reported that the increase in the region's revenues, which deputies are due to approve in the coming days, is, among other things, linked to the actual receipt into the budget of funds from the privatization of the building of the former Kirov Region representation in Moscow at 18 Lyalin Lane. The amount is reported — 442.93 million rubles, although initially sources spoke of much larger sums. The document also notes that the new owner of the building, who won the auction in spring, has allegedly already registered ownership of it. This, according to officials, occurred on September 10. However, judging by the fact that Moscow authorities want to reclaim the building and are highly likely to do so, the new owner will probably not have it for long.
