      According to the information in the project passport, the client is the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kirov Region, and the contractor is Kirov SSK. Work began in the first quarter of 2025, and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

      As a reminder, we previously reported that the building’s total area will be 6,442.56 sq. m, and the construction cost will be 549.3 million rubles. Funding comes from the federal budget. The tender winner was determined on February 5, and the contract provides for delivery of the facility within 19 months.

      Note that construction supervision is planned for the project, which will cost more than 10 million rubles. The contractor carrying out the supervision will check compliance with the design documentation, monitor the progress of the work, and the quality of the materials used.
