On July 28, 2025, a driver-expeditor from LLC "SV" was injured in Kirov. According to the State Labor Inspectorate of the Kirov Region, the man climbed the ladder of a vehicle trailer to remove a branch that had caught on the gates. His foot slipped off a step and he fell. According to the medical report, the injuries sustained were classified as severe.
Inspectors named the worker's hasty actions, refusal to use issued personal protective equipment, and the lack of an occupational risk assessment as the causes of the incident.
As clarified by Deputy Head of the State Labor Inspectorate A.D. Loginov, the investigation also revealed violations related to admitting employees without mandatory medical examinations and failing to conduct a special assessment of working conditions. These violations are not directly connected to the accident but indicate the employer's noncompliance with occupational safety requirements.
It is now being considered whether to bring LLC "SV" and the responsible officials to administrative liability under Article 5.27.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
