      According to preliminary information, today, September 19, early this morning in the Kiknur District on the Yaransk–Kiknur–border with Nizhny Novgorod Oblast highway, a Lada Granta collided with a Belarus tractor. As a result of the accident, a passenger of the car was killed. In addition, the driver and another passenger of the Lada were injured.
