According to statistics, 46% of support requests under the “Roadside Assistance” option were related to the need to call an accident commissioner. Another 26% of customers required vehicle towing, and 15% sought technical support.
The most in-demand services in the technical assistance category were:
jump-starting a vehicle with a dead battery (65% of cases);
wheel change (22%);
car unlocking (8%);
fuel delivery (4%).
The geography of requests shows that the most came from Moscow and the Moscow Region — 54% of the total.
The top three regions also included Saint Petersburg with the Leningrad Region and the Rostov Region. They are followed by Tatarstan, the Sverdlovsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions, Perm Krai and the Ryazan Region.
“This year we are seeing stable demand for roadside assistance services throughout the entire summer season,” a company representative notes. “Customers rate the service highly: the average satisfaction score is 9.8 out of 10.”
