This summer, a 16-year-old resident of Kirov entered into a criminal conspiracy on the Internet with unidentified persons to distribute drugs for money through hidden stash locations across Kirov. Unknown individuals sent the teenager information about the location of a "stash" containing a kit for packaging drugs.
On September 3, the young man arrived at that spot. There he was detained on suspicion of illegal circulation of narcotic drugs: police officers stopped his unlawful activity and seized the drug in his possession weighing 6.11 grams.
A criminal case has been opened against the minor. He is suspected of committing an offense under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "g" of Part 4 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted sale of narcotic drugs in a large amount). All circumstances of the incident are currently being established. In addition, evidence is being collected and secured.
