At the end of 2023 he bought a used car himself and applied to the Pension and Social Insurance Fund for reimbursement. He was reimbursed based on 2021 prices, without taking inflation and the rise in car prices into account. The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit seeking to recover the shortfall. The court found the claims justified, and the man was paid the difference.
