The head of the forestry department in Kirov Oblast was fined for delays in processing documents.

      The inspection was prompted by complaints about delays in the provision of public services for accepting declarations from forest users in the Podosinovsky District. During supervisory activities the information was confirmed.

      As a result, the prosecutor initiated administrative offense cases against the head of the forest department of the Pinyugskoye Forestry. The court found him guilty under Article 5.63 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation of the legislation on the organization of the provision of state and municipal services”) and imposed a fine of 1,500 rubles for each violation.

      The prosecutor’s office noted that the supervisory authority’s intervention helped to eliminate the identified problems and restore legality.
