According to the regional election commission, turnout continues to rise: if by noon just over 12% of the region's residents had made their choice, three hours later that figure had almost doubled. Municipalities from various districts of the region are participating in the voting, where deputies and heads of settlements are being elected.
The elections will continue until the evening of September 14. Public organizations and situational centers are monitoring the course of the campaign.
As a reminder, elections to local self-government bodies are taking place in the Kirov region. Voting is organized over several days, and polling stations are open from 8:00 to 20:00.
