
In Kirov Oblast, voter turnout in the elections exceeded 30% by 6:00 p.m.
The single voting day continues in Kirov Oblast. According to official information, by 6:00 p.m. voter turnout was 30.01%.
Elections are being held in several municipal formations across the region. Special attention this year is focused on the Orichevsky municipal district, where, for the first time since the district’s reorganization, a new representative body of local self-government is being elected. Voting there is organized at 33 polling stations — a record number in the 2025 campaign.
Chair of the regional election commission Galina Burkova visited the Orichevsky district on election day. She met with election organizers and discussed issues of informing citizens, preparing premises, and training members of the electoral commissions. Burkova noted the high level of organization and emphasized that comfortable conditions have been created for residents to exercise their electoral rights.
Recall that by noon turnout had exceeded 12%, and by 3:00 p.m. — 23.4%.
