Today, speaking about the anniversary celebration of Kirovo-Chepetsk, Governor Alexander Sokolov noted that the city has noticeably changed for the better, as confirmed by surveys of local residents. In particular, it has become more “fresh” and youthful, facades have been renovated, lighting has been installed, and infrastructure is being developed.
The official also praised the work of the contractors who are carrying out the reconstruction of the overpass at “Boevo” and Dvurechye Park. He asked Deputy Prime Minister Svetlana Shumailova to involve them in the evaluation of the project to transform the park by the Palace of Creativity — the memorial in Kirov. Sokolov added that “these guys are real professionals” who know how to find common ground with the authorities and understand the needs of the people.
