Sidewalks are being repaired on 14 streets in Kirov.

      JSC "Gordormoststroy" is responsible for refurbishing the pedestrian zones. Repair crews are currently working on several sites at once. Asphalt concrete is already being laid on Sverdlova Street, while on Surikova Street, in the area of the intersection with Kalinina Street, preparations are underway for similar work.

      In total, 14 pedestrian zones that had been in an unsatisfactory condition are included in the current improvement list. This year the sidewalks on Vsesvyatskaya, Maklina, Sovetskaya, Gorbunova, Mendeleeva, Shchorsa and several other streets will be renewed.

      Previously in Kirov, repairs to pedestrian routes were carried out as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" — along with the road surface, sidewalks on eight streets were upgraded.
