According to the Hydrometeorological Center's forecast, from September 12 to 15, ground and air frosts down to -2°C and even -4°C are expected at night and in the early morning across the Kirov region.
In this regard, the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kirov Region recommends that citizens follow these rules:
observe fire safety rules when using stoves and electrical appliances
to protect plants from frost, make sure they are covered.
