As established by the investigation and the court, from June to November 2022 the woman unlawfully received more than 52,000 rubles in unemployment benefits by providing the employment center with false information that she had no job or income.
In addition, in October of the same year she applied to the social welfare department to enter into a social contract, intentionally concealing the fact that she was working without registering as an individual entrepreneur. As a result she was allocated 27,000 rubles for training and 305,000 rubles for business development.
Although the accused denied her guilt, the evidence collected was sufficient to refer the case to court. The woman was fined. The seizure of her property imposed by the investigation was retained to secure the judgment with respect to the civil claim.
