During the celebrations of Kirovo-Chepetsk’s 70th anniversary, from September 12 to 14, vehicle traffic in the city will be temporarily restricted. The schedule is below:
from 22:00 on September 12 to 6:00 on September 14, traffic will be prohibited on Mira Street (from house No. 14 to house No. 7 along Ostrovskogo) and Ostrovskogo Street (from Kirova to Zvereva and from Zavodskaya to Football Field No. 1).
from 7:00 to 12:00 on September 13, it will be impossible to drive along Pervomayskaya Street (from Kirova to Vyatskaya Embankment) and Vyatskaya Embankment (from Pervomayskaya to Lenina).
Note that stopping and parking will also be prohibited in the above sections.
