As reported by the city administration, specialists from Fancom, the company that services the sports areas under a municipal contract, removed 12 hazardous trees, thinned the shrubs, cleared wild growth and tidied up the lawn. The work was carried out following a joint assessment of the greenery conducted by the Directorate of Improvement and the territorial administration of the Leninsky District. The mayor’s office also noted that a concession agreement is planned for the future to reconstruct Lokomotiv Stadium and the adjacent area, including landscaping.
