A Kirov resident beat up a man at a café on Vorovskogo Street.

      Recently in Kirov, at 1:00 a.m., an alarm signal from a café on Vorovskogo Street was received at the non‑departmental security service’s dispatch. National Guard officers hurried to the address.

      At the establishment they found a patron born in 1975 who, according to a café employee, while intoxicated had beaten a 37‑year‑old customer. When checking the detainee’s documents and establishing his identity, law enforcement officers discovered that the Kirov resident was wanted on suspicion of committing an offense under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft).

      The victim was taken away by ambulance, and the offender was handed over to the police so that all circumstances of the incident could be established.
