A new contractor has been chosen for the construction of the school in Nolinsk, because the previous one missed the work deadlines and the contract with them has been terminated. The tender determined that the 500‑place school in Nolinsk will be built by Grazhdanremstroy LLC. The contract has been signed. The client is the regional institution "Unified Customer Service."
Preparatory work is currently underway at the construction site. Design documentation is being developed, which is planned to be submitted for examination as early as October–November, after which assembly of the building frame will begin. The contracting company is currently recruiting construction workers for work in Nolinsk.
Under the contract, the work is to be completed by July 1, 2027.
Recall that KOGBU "Unified Customer Service" is engaged in implementing investment projects of varying complexity and scale. Today it manages facilities located across Kirov Oblast — from the initial stages of design to the final phase of commissioning. A total of 124 agreements for the provision of construction supervision services have currently been concluded.
