One of the most high-profile incidents was a traffic accident in the Novovyatsky District of Kirov. On the night of September 5 on Sovetskaya Street, an 18-year-old man who did not have a driver's license, driving a BID car, crashed into a barrier, after which the car overturned. The driver and his 18-year-old passenger were injured.
The next day, on the morning of September 6, in the Kotelnichsky District on the federal highway "Kostroma – Sharya – Kirov – Perm," a Volvo truck with a semi-trailer and a tractor collided. Both drivers were injured.
