According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirov Region, the accident happened at about 21:25 on Lesnaya Street.
Preliminary information indicates that the underage driver behind the wheel of a UAZ Patriot lost control, the vehicle left the road and overturned. As a result, a passenger — also a minor — was killed. The driver and another passenger were injured.
The police noted that a probe into the incident is underway and all the circumstances of the tragedy are being established.
