A hot start to autumn: a warm anticyclone is moving into Kirov Oblast.
According to amateur meteorologists and calculations from weather models, a transport of warm air masses from the south is expected to affect the European part of Russia, including the territory of Kirov Oblast. The charts show that on September 6 during the day in Kirov the temperature will reach +20°C and pressure will rise to 754 mm Hg, indicating the arrival of an anticyclone. No precipitation is expected in the coming days; partly cloudy skies are forecast.
Further runs of global models for mid-September also indicate that warm weather will persist: a flow of air from southern latitudes will maintain comfortable temperatures in the region.

The staff of the Urzhum Central District Hospital has been bolstered by nine young professionals. Three doctors and six mid-level medical workers started work. All of them are from the Urzhum district and decided to return home after completing their studies.
Pediatrician Regina Nikulina, dentist Anastasia Chernyshova and radiologist Anna Charushina have already begun seeing patients. The mid-level medical workers have been assigned to work in the inpatient department and the hospital’s rural units.
