Sokolov ordered that it be checked whether young people are staying to study in the region.

At a government meeting, Governor Alexander Sokolov said that on September 1 he took part in ceremonial assemblies at School No. 28 and the Kirov Aviation Technical College. According to him, colleagues also attended celebratory events; for example, the speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Roman Beresnev, visited a school in Verkhoshizhemye. Sokolov noted that all the assemblies went well and were organized.

The governor also spoke about a trend he had noticed recently: "There are no problems with enrollment, anywhere, neither in secondary nor in higher education institutions. If last year we had to hold additional intakes, this year we filled places everywhere, including in paid programs. The number of graduates has not increased. That means our youngsters have started staying more, and the measures we have taken are working."

To verify this conclusion, Sokolov ordered his subordinates to conduct an analysis of how many school graduates enrolled in Kirov educational institutions and how many left.
