      The Ministry of Energy and Housing and Communal Services announced a preliminary selection of contractors to carry out major repairs of apartment buildings in the Kirov Region. Applications will be accepted from August 29 through September 19.

      Companies that perform the following types of work may participate in the selection: major repairs of apartment buildings; major repairs of apartment buildings that are cultural heritage sites; repair, replacement and modernization of elevators; assessment of a building’s condition; preparation of design and estimate documentation for capital repairs; and construction supervision.

      Applications will be reviewed on September 30. A special commission will select contractors to be included in the register of qualified contracting organizations. They will remain on the register for three years.
