A drunk driver without license plates was detained on Proizvodstvennaya Street.
Recently in Kirov at about 5:00 p.m. Rosgvardiya officers were patrolling the city. At one point they noticed a VAZ-2110 that had stopped by a building on Proizvodstvennaya Street. What raised suspicion was that the car had no license plates.
The officers identified themselves and asked the motorist to present the vehicle's documents and his driver's license, but the Kirov resident had neither. In addition, during the conversation the Rosgvardiya officers smelled alcohol on the man.
When checking the documents and establishing the detainee's identity, the Rosgvardiya officers found that the man had previously been convicted and had been deprived of the right to drive. The Kirov resident, born in 1993, was handed over to the police who arrived at the scene.
