In Omutninsk, court bailiffs handed over an SUV to the Russian Ministry of Defence that had previously been confiscated from a local resident. The vehicle was seized by court order after the owner was found guilty of the offense provided for in Part 1 of Article 264.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (repeated driving without a license).
According to the Federal Bailiffs Service for the Kirov Region, the transfer of the vehicle was part of efforts to make use of vehicles that have been turned over to state ownership. The vehicles are being sent to the zone of the special military operation as part of cooperation between the Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia and the Ministry of Defence.
