Rosimushchestvo plans to raise 90 billion rubles from privatization.
The head of the agency, Vadim Yakovenko, told Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting that Rosimushchestvo’s total contribution to the federal treasury this year will amount to about 475 billion rubles, with the bulk provided by dividends from state-owned enterprises, the government reported.
Among major transactions, Yakovenko singled out the sale of a block of shares in Bashkir Soda Company worth 17 billion rubles. Almost half of the company’s shares were sold to the Roskhim holding, however control of the company will remain with the Bashkir authorities’ structures.
Last year the privatization of property and corporate assets brought 132 billion rubles to the budget, five times the 2023 figure.
