The water in the building is now partially shut off, there is a strong odor, and it is impossible to clean up.

      Residents turned to the People's Front for help. Activists sent an appeal to the city administration, which promised to repair the pipe within a week.

      "Unfortunately, this is not a situation where you can wait another week. Given the management company's inaction, we have sent an appeal to the prosecutor's office," said Valeriya Cheremisinova, head of the regional branch of the People's Front.
