In July, banks in Kirov Oblast issued 306 preferential mortgage loans totaling 1.47 billion rubles. By volume of issuances the region ranked 50th out of 50.
The average size of a preferential mortgage loan in the oblast was 4.8 million rubles. Borrowers took out loans for an average of 319 months, which is more than 26 years.
Compared with June, the number of preferential loans issued in Kirov Oblast increased by 5%. In the previous month banks issued 291 loans totaling 1.47 billion rubles. The average loan amount in June was 5.04 million rubles.
Loans with state support account for 52% of the total number of all mortgage loans in the region and 76% of the total amount of funds issued for the purchase of housing. This was reported by the United Credit Bureau.
