Recently, at around 03:00, Rosgvardiya officers, while patrolling Kirov, noticed a scooter traveling along Moskovskaya Street. The vehicle ran a red light, hit a curb, and the rider and passenger fell onto the grass. During a conversation with the young people, the officers smelled alcohol on the 24-year-old driver.
A similar incident occurred one and a half hours later on Oktyabrsky Prospekt. The scooter driver, born in 2007, ran a red light, and during a conversation with him officers of the departmental security service detected the smell of alcohol.
For further investigation, the Rosgvardiya officers handed the Kirov residents over to the traffic police (GAI) who arrived at the scene.
