In Kirov Oblast, 2,752 apartments were built and salaries were increased by 4.7%.

      According to experts, the industrial production index in the first half of 2025 amounted to 100.2%. Growth is especially notable in the manufacturing sectors: output of vehicles and equipment increased by 26.2%, pharmaceuticals by 10.3%, and chemical products by 8.4%.

      Agriculture also showed growth. The production index amounted to 103.1%. Milk yields rose by 4.5%, and egg production by 12%.

      The construction sector recorded growth of 26.3%. A total of 1,602 buildings with a combined area of 366.5 thousand square meters were commissioned, of which almost 96% were residential buildings. In the region, 2,752 apartments with a total area of 243.8 thousand square meters were built.

      In transport, freight shipments increased by 1.4% and freight turnover by 17.4%. At the same time, passenger bus transportation declined by more than 6%.

      Retail trade increased by 1.6%, and public catering turnover by 2.2%. Meanwhile, the volume of paid services provided to the population decreased by 1.5%.

      The average salary in the region for January–May amounted to 63,695 rubles. Real wage growth compared with last year reached 4.7%.
