The government of Kirov Oblast has launched an official channel on the Max messenger.
The press service of the Government of the Kirov Region reported that on August 20, 2025, the region’s official channel was opened on the national messenger Max. This will allow users of the new application to promptly learn about news and important events in the life of the Kirov Region. The first posts appeared on August 22. Earlier, on August 15, Governor Alexander Sokolov also opened a personal channel on Max, and his first post appeared on August 18, when he was on vacation and noted that the platform is becoming increasingly popular among the region’s residents. Recall that in early August the regional government signed an order on the implementation of the national messenger Max. The region’s first deputy chairman of the government, Dmitry Kurdyumov, will be responsible for implementing the project in the region. A special headquarters was also created, which includes the heads of ministries and agencies and representatives of government bodies.
