Two-way traffic has been restored on the bridge over the Poloy River in Kirov Oblast, the government said. Work was completed three months ahead of schedule. The bridge had originally been planned to open in November.
The work included replacing the guardrails, reinforcing the slopes, applying waterproofing, and laying new asphalt. Remaining tasks include applying road markings and landscaping the adjacent area.
