21 criminal cases were opened in the Kirov Region over reports on major repairs.
The State Housing Inspectorate summed up the results of its analysis of capital repair reporting for the second quarter of 2025. As a result, 21 administrative cases were initiated due to the untimely submission of information by owners of special accounts.
By comparison, in the first quarter of the year 13 owners of special accounts were held administratively liable. Thus, the number of violations nearly doubled.
It should be noted that the law requires owners of special accounts to submit quarterly to the housing inspectorate data on receipts and expenditures of funds for capital repairs, account balances, and contracts entered into. Failure to comply with this requirement entails administrative liability.
