      Recently in Kirov, at around 6:00 p.m., a distress signal from a grocery store on Zhukovskogo Street was received at the Departmental Security Service's control room. Rosgvardiya officers hurried to the address.

      Inside they saw a customer born in 1997 who, according to the guard, had attempted to conceal two bottles of cognac under his coat, worth about 1,500 rubles. When the documents were checked and the detainee's identity established, it turned out that the man was wanted as a suspect in the theft of merchandise from a store.

      The offender was handed over to police officers for further investigation.
