Inmates sewed dresses for girls from low-income families.

The correctional facility provides assistance to low-income families registered with the interdistrict comprehensive center of social services in the Kotelnichsky District. Inmates responded to a charitable project and created unique outfits for girls. Thus, beautiful, dressy dresses were sewn both for everyday wear and for special occasions.

At Correctional Facility No. 33 it has become a tradition to provide assistance within their means to children who have found themselves in difficult life situations, deprived of parental care and the warmth of a home. Such charitable initiatives develop a sense of empathy in the inmates and also stimulate their interest in participating in volunteer activities and other useful work, writes the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Kirov Region.
