Since the beginning of the year, more than 40 million has been spent on free sanatorium stays for Kirov residents.

      Since the beginning of the year, 1,100 residents of Kirov Oblast have gone for sanatorium-resort treatment using free vouchers. The vouchers were provided by the regional branch of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR), which allocated over 40 million rubles for this.

      Recipients of the monthly cash payment who are federal beneficiaries and have retained their social package in kind are entitled to a free voucher. Along with the voucher, travel coupons for free transportation to and from the treatment facility are issued.

      According to the SFR, this year more than 120 residents of Kirov Oblast have undergone treatment not only in the region’s sanatoria but also in health resorts in Krasnodar Krai, Perm Krai, Crimea and other regions of the country.

      The duration of treatment depends on the patient category: standard — 18 days; for children with disabilities — 21 days; for people with diseases and consequences of spinal cord and brain injuries — from 24 to 42 days.

      Vouchers are distributed in order of priority, depending on the date the application was submitted and the medical profile of the condition. Applications can be submitted via the Gosuslugi portal, at the SFR client service, or at a multifunctional center (MFC). Applicants must have the original Form 070/у certificate confirming the indications for sanatorium-resort treatment.
