Kirov Oblast will receive 120 new gas-powered buses.
To finance their purchase, the region secured treasury infrastructure loans totaling 1.4 billion rubles, as well as concessional leasing funds from JSC "State Transport Leasing Company." Of the total, 50 buses will be acquired under lease and a further 70 with treasury loans. The fleet renewal is aimed at meeting the objectives of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" within the "Development of Public Transport" project. By 2030, it is planned to increase the share of public transport in cities and agglomerations whose service life does not exceed the statutory 10 years to 85%.
