      The investigative department for the Vhirkamsky district of the SK RF department for the Kirov region has initiated a criminal case against a 19-year-old local resident. With the intent to embezzle funds, she deliberately provided false information about the property's price in the sale agreement, inflating its value from 240,000 to 500,000 rubles—up to the amount of the maternal capital. Based on the submitted documents, the authorized body decided to apply state support measures to the woman and transferred 534,000 rubles to the credit consumer cooperative account to repay the targeted loan issued to her and the interest on it. The funds, totaling approximately 260,000 rubles, obtained as a result of the crime, were spent by the defendant on personal needs, at her discretion. "Currently, the SK investigator is conducting necessary investigative actions aimed at collecting evidence and establishing all circumstances of the committed crime, as well as taking measures to recover the damage," the SK RF regional office reported.
