After an auction in January 2025, the State Enterprise “Selmash” became the new owner of the cultural heritage site. In June of this year, restoration work on Charushin’s house began. The Asgard Group of Companies will develop the restoration project, and currently, the house is covered with a protective coating to preserve it. The restoration aims to restore its historic appearance and re-emphasize its importance as part of the city’s cultural heritage.
