KSP checked the regional projects: deadlines for many tasks have been extended.

According to the Accounts Chamber, the implementation of regional projects continues in the Kirov region. This year, 42 projects across 11 areas are active. The total expenditure on them exceeds 19.3 billion rubles.

In the first half of this year, 50.7% of the planned amount has been utilized. The largest share of funds has been allocated to the projects "Infrastructure for Life" (4.1 billion rubles), "Family" (2.7 billion rubles), "Long-lasting and Active Life" (1.6 billion rubles), and "Youth and Children" (1 billion rubles). The highest utilization rate—91.3% of the annual plan—is achieved in the project "Unmanned Aerial Systems."

The Kirov Chamber noted that deadlines for several activities in the field have been postponed. The reasons for delays are mainly related to the need to make changes to project documentation or increase the cost of works.

Some objects not completed in 2024 have been included in the plans for 2025. This concerns projects in the areas of relocating from dilapidated housing, water supply modernization, territory improvement, and the construction of waste management facilities in Slobodsk, Vyatskopolyansky, and Yaran regions. This year, construction is also ongoing for schools, a covered ice rink in Raduzhny, and a children's hospital in Slobodsk.

The deadlines for the construction of the polyclinic in Svetch settlement have officially been moved to the end of 2025, delaying them by a full year. Capital repairs are ongoing at the schools in Orlov and Sovetsk, with additional funds of 3.9 million rubles and 43.4 million rubles allocated respectively to complete the works.
