      The highest number of inquiries was recorded in Nizhny Novgorod (3,091), Kirov (2,437), Kazan (1,529), and Izhevsk (1,150).

      Passengers are greeted by staff from the Center, who help them process travel documents, accompany them while moving around the station territory, and during boarding. If necessary, they provide a wheelchair or stretcher for lying passengers, as well as assistance with luggage. All these services are provided free of charge.

      The Center operates 24/7 without days off. Requests for accompaniment can be submitted on the OJSC "Russian Railways" website in the "Mobility-friendly Passengers" section or by calling 8 (800) 775-00-00 at least 24 hours before the trip.
