Rakhim Azimov: "The Silver Constellation" — good deeds and initiatives that unite generations
In 2025, 24 projects received support, and the total amount of grants allocated exceeded 2 million rubles from extrabudgetary funds.
As the organizers note, most projects are in an active implementation stage. Events are taking place in the districts aimed at engaging the older generation in cultural, sports, and educational activities, as well as strengthening intergenerational ties. Most projects this year are dedicated to the anniversary of the Great Victory.
In Slobodskoy, on the eve of the Navy Day, a monument to sailors from Slobodskoy—participants in the Great Patriotic War—was unveiled. The project "Sailors of Immortality Deserve…" was carried out by a local veteran organization with the support of a contest. The chairman of the veterans' council, Natalya Chernykh, noted:
“Another memorial site has appeared in Slobodskoy—a place to honor the feats of our fellow countrymen. Thanks to everyone who invested effort and soul into this project. The memory of the heroes will live on.”
In the village of Belaya in Falensky District, the "Alley of Memory" project for the graduates of Belskaya School of 1941 was implemented. A stele and an informational stand dedicated to the front-line soldiers were installed here. In the village of Musikhi in Zuevsky District, participants of the project "By the Right of Living Memory!" restored a stele in honor of fallen locals. In Yuryevsky District, volunteers produced over 400 army bracelets for participants in the SVO. In the settlement of Leninskoye in Shabalinsky District, a festival of patriotic songs—the final stage of the project "For the Memory, for Life"—took place.
State Duma Deputy Rakhim Azimov emphasized:
“The 'Silver Constellation' contest helps implement important initiatives aimed at supporting the older generation and strengthening connections between people. This is an investment in regional development and the preservation of historical memory. Of course, we will continue to support such projects.”
