Residents of Kirov are also prohibited from making fires in forests, conducting fire-hazardous work, performing work with open flames in forests and adjacent territories at a distance of at least 200 meters, including the burning of logging residues, garbage, dry grass, and household waste.
It is also forbidden to harvest wood except for fire prevention, sanitary, and health-improvement activities.
