On the FONBET Russian Cup 2025/2026 website, it was announced that the match between "Fankom" (Kirov) and "Sokol" (Kazan) will not be held due to the Kazan club being removed from the tournament.
As a result of Sokol's withdrawal, Fankom automatically progressed to the second round, where, according to the regulations and tournament bracket, they will play away against Kirov's "Dynamo."
