The administration proposed transferring the premises of 291 square meters at Preobrazhenskaya, 53, to the "Kirov Pioneer Organization" for free use. This request was made by its representatives, who have been using the premises for a year. They plan to carry out statutory activities there, including creative classes for children and adolescents, and engage in patriotic and cultural education. According to officials, no violations were identified during the use of the premises. All bills are paid on time, and renovations have begun. The committee members supported the idea of transferring the property for three years.
