Investigators are interested in a possible violation of citizens' housing rights.

The regional department of the Investigative Committee has initiated a preliminary inquiry following media reports about the poor condition of house No. 60 on Vorovskogo Street. The facade of the building is deteriorating, but major repairs have not yet begun, despite being scheduled last year.
The investigation is being handled by the investigative unit for the Lenin District of Kirov. The investigators will determine whether the inaction of responsible officials has indeed led to a violation of citizens' housing rights.
